Pocket-Pro Shipping Policy

At Pocket-Pro, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full visibility. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. 

1. Processing Your Order 

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. 

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know straight away. 

2. Delivery Method 

All Pocket-Pro orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. 

This is a reliable, fully tracked service. 

Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days from dispatch. 

Tracking allows you to follow your parcel from despatch through to delivery. 

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and seasonal demand. 

3. Shipping Costs 

Free shipping on all orders with a basket value of £30 or more. 

Orders below £30 will have shipping calculated and shown clearly at checkout. 

We believe in simple, transparent pricing — no hidden charges. 

4. Where We Ship 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. 
If an address is not eligible for delivery, you’ll be notified at checkout before completing your order. 

If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, feel free to contact our team. 

5. Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes: 

Your Royal Mail tracking number 

A link to track your parcel online 

Any courier updates relating to your delivery 

If you experience any issues with tracking, just get in touch — we’re happy to help. 

6. Delivery Issues 

If your order is delayed, damaged, or hasn’t arrived as expected: 

Contact us at orders@pocket-pro.co.uk with your order number. 

We’ll investigate promptly and keep you informed. 

Where required, we’ll liaise directly with Royal Mail to resolve the issue. 

Your peace of mind matters to us. 

7. Incorrect Addresses 

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. 

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply. 

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before dispatch. 

8. Click & Collect 

Pocket-Pro offers Click & Collect from our hub in Dunfermline, Central Scotland. 

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. 

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of ID.
