- The item is unused and in original condition.
- The item is returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Clothing is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached.
- Wearable accessories (like gloves or hats) are unworn unless faulty.
- Hygiene‑sensitive items can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
- The item has not been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.

2. If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Faulty
If something arrives damaged or isn't working as it should:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a quick photo of the issue so we can take a look.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or another solution that works for you.

3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return with Pocket‑Pro is easy:

Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

- We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely.
5. Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
